I returned my diffuser and the process itself was simple, so no complaints there. The refund just took almost two weeks, and I ended up having to follow up once. Based on this, I’d say their returns are probably easy enough, but don’t expect the money back super quickly

I blame the scent for ruining it for me. It smelled really fake and kind of harsh, not relaxing in the slightest. I got a headache quickly and had to stop using it

I ordered on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday, which surprised me. I really didn’t expect it to get here that fast. The package showed up in good shape too, no delays, no issues, nothing weird. Happy with the shipping from Saje, really happy.

I actually really like this stuff, the ingredients feel clean and natural, and it seems to work well for me. At the same time, I keep thinking it’s a little too expensive for what it is. So yeah, I’d probably buy it again, even though I might complain about the price while doing it.

I stopped by the store to pick up some diffuser oil and ask a couple questions. The shop itself looked really nice, and the products smelled good, but I felt a bit ignored at first. The staff seemed more busy chatting with each other than helping customers, so I was just kinda standing there for a while.

When someone finally came over, it felt rushed, and they kept pointing me toward the more expensive options. Checkout took longer than I expected too. I do like the products, but yeah, the actual store experience wasn’t the best.

Checking out was way more annoying than it needed to be. My order took forever to go through, and it felt like the system kept getting stuck for no clear reason. What really bugs me is how there seem to be these little policy loopholes where they can delay or complicate the process, but the customer just has to sit there and deal with it. Not a great experience.

I was expecting a bit more variety, but the selection felt small and a little repetitive. I also wish the instructions had been clearer, because I wasn’t always sure what to expect or what to do next.

I got the peppermint halo roll-on and yeah, it actually helped with my headaches. It smells really nice too, not too much or anything. I already ended up buying another one

I liked the products overall and they definitely seem nice, but I’ll admit I was expecting them to feel a little more special for what they cost. Nothing bad to say really, just not totally sure the price matched what I had in mind.

Got a few oils from Saje Natural Wellness. Also a diffuser. all really good. The scents smell clean. Not fake or too strong. Everything feels well made too. Not cheap at all. Happy with it.

When the package arrived earlier this week, the box itself looked nice at first. But once I opened it, I noticed one of the bottles was loose inside. Thankfully nothing broke, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but after waiting for it to arrive I did expect a little more care with the packing.

I tried getting help with my order and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. I kept getting passed around, the replies took forever, and some of them came off rude. I thought it would be a simple fix, but it ended up being unnecessarily stressful. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Saje Natural Wellness again
